Originally sent the wrong size. I called Grate Fireplaces and the issue was resolved quickly and with no cost or inconvenience to me. Hence 5 stars - mistakes can happen and it is the follow up that matters. Very happy with the product and would use this supplier again.

Excellent fit and well made
I got this for my father-in-law to replace his old pans that rusted over 15 years and these fit perfect. They are better made than the original he has had for years and in fact, he liked them so much that I had to order a second one so he can use them in rotation.

I am very pleased with the new ash pan - much better than the biscuit tin we were using before ! .
Some of the edges on the underside are a bit sharp but otherwise well made.
The sales service I received was very good and delivery was prompt at the time said.
If I need anything else I shall come back to you again.

A great product in every way.
The online measuring tool was easy to use, extremely accurate and allowed me to order the exact ash pan correctly first time. The package arrived ahead of schedule, was far better made than I anticipated and dropped straight into the fire recess pit with no fuss or alteration needed. I perhaps wish I had purchased the grate cover as occasionally a bird falls down the chimney.

We have had our Baxi grate for more than forty years and have had to replace the ash pan numerous times. This one, though expensive, is very sturdy in quite heavy steel and looks as if it will last a long time. The dimensions are accurate and the lifting handle looks also as if it will survive a lot of use. Delivery was very prompt.
