Lovely product, shame about the courier? Review by ian

Overall Rating

This fire-surround is brilliant. Delivered promptly but the box was damaged and had been opened. Courier, like most of them these days, needs to take more care. Fortunately the surround we ordered was not damaged ???? (Posted on 26/05/2023)

Product Questions

What is the internal height?

can it be held in pace using magnets as our current brass trim is held in place?

Does this trim sit flush with the wall flat , or is it a 'L" section that also sits inside the opening. its hard to tell from the photos.

Can this be used on an open fire?
Thank you

What is the fire trim made of? Do you need to allow for expansion when it gets hot.

Hi
What is the thickness of the trim or how much will it protrude from a wall?
