Very useful Multi-use Shovel
Great little shovel for adding coal or briquettes to the fire, as intended, bt I also got this for removing ash from beneath the fire Grate or Basket before starting a new fire.
I use the Cromwell Fire Basket from this same supplier, without an ashtray - an ashtray only detracts from the beauty of an open fire - who needs it?
So without moving the fire basket, its just a quick couple of scoops of the ash with this low profile shovel, and you're ready to build a new fire.
Get yourself one of these and bin that ugly tray!
