I bought this fireplace in the hope that it would fit in our existing Victorian surround. Unfortunately it didn’t but through no fault of the company. I have given 5 stars because of the excellent customer service, nice to have a real person with common sense answering the phone and being genuinely helpful with regards to returning the fireplace and then reimbursing me very quickly. Thank you
