Excellent Service Review by Jean

We recently bought the 18” Valencia with back fire basket. The basket looks very good sat within the fireplace., strong and sturdy. We also bought the ash pan as this is an extra but no problem buying that either. As we bought it so close to Christmas we collected it from the company ourselves but unfortunately lost our way. We contacted GrateFireplace and with excellent instructions from a lady staff member we found them. Thank you. (Posted on 06/01/2019)
